In-Home Behavioral Health Nursing

Our in-home behavioral health nurses provide comfort and seek to enhance your quality of life by addressing your emotional and behavioral needs. Through a comprehensive assessment involving you, your caregiver, and all of your healthcare providers, our in-home behavioral health clinicians are able to help stabilize your symptoms, help you to understand your diagnosis, and develop a plan of care tailored to your needs. You will know what to expect on your road to recovery through ongoing education regarding the process our clinicians follow in regard to your home care. You will be assigned an RN case manager to oversee the coordination of your home care and to communicate with your healthcare providers, including your primary care physician. An RN is on-call 24 hours a day/7 days a week, ensuring that you are able to stay in the comfort of your home during times of illness, disability, and recuperation.
